Hi, everybody, Francesca here. Today, I want you to ask yourself the question, who do you need to forgive? Who in your life, who from your past has done you wrong or you’re still holding on to some anger or bitterness towards?
It’s really important to ask yourself that question and to start the process of forgiving that person. Remember that forgiveness is not about saying that what someone did to you was okay, it’s about having enough self-love to not let that pain of something that happened in your past hold you back and close you off from love in the present and in the future.
If you’re single and you’re hoping to create that emotional and mental space in your life, to allow a new person to come in, then it’s really important to let go of all those hurts from the past.
I know it can be challenging and it might be a process that takes a little bit of time, but just asking yourself the question and just starting that process of forgiveness is going to be so valuable to you, I promise.
