Q: is f.l.o.w. live?

Yes! It begins on Tuesday, September 8th! That is the day you will receive your first module, containing your first week’s videos and downloadable materials. September 8th will also be the day of our 1st group call! BUT….

If you miss any of the calls, do not fear! They will be recorded and you can access them at any time. Same goes for the materials – you will have lifetime access to the program, so if you get behind, no worries! You can go at your own pace!
