The flowers are blooming, the days are getting longer, and there’s that sense of anticipation in the air. Is there a more powerful season than spring, when the world transforms itself with new life? 

What do you want to transform in your life? What do you fantasizing about changing? Are you hoping to fall in love? Do you want to make a change in your career? Are you feeling stuck? 

Do you fear that you don’t have the momentum or ability to move forward?

That’s where I come in. I have had the honor of helping over 100 clients reach their goals – to fall in love, start a new business, date with confidence, and more.

Spring Shift is designed to give you just that – actionable steps to move you forward toward your love and career goals in the shortest amount of time possible. 

Spring Shift is a 1-on-1 coaching offering created by me and available for a limited time. It includes all of the following:

Clarity.

You: fill out a questionnaire all about YOU – what you care about, the state of your love life and your love goals. 

You and I: meet via phone or Skype (technology is amazing, isn’t it?) and hash out what’s going on that’s really keeping you from getting what you want.

During this session, we mutually set achievable goals and a roadmap for you for the upcoming 1-2 months. 

Duration: 1.5 – 2 hours

Me: I create a customized, weekly action plan for you for the next two months based on your questionnaire and our Strategy Session.

Accountability.

OK, you have the plan. You have the clarity. How about the follow-through? You and I have two follow-up sessions over the course of two months to make sure you are staying right on track.

Duration: 30 minutes each
